Our Missions

We're bringing the good news of Christ to all who will listen.

Missions isn't a program at LOFT City Church — it's who we are.

From our own neighborhoods to nations around the world, we're committed to loving people,
planting churches, and making disciples. Here's a look at the partnerships God has entrusted to us.

Local Missions

Loving our neighbors starts right where we are. Through partnerships across Dallas and Richardson, we're seeing lives transformed and communities strengthened.

Since 2007, LOFT has partnered monthly with Camelot Apartments in Richardson, creating a space for residents to build friendships, experience genuine care, and encounter Jesus in relational, low-pressure ways. Over the years, we've grown a trusted, ongoing partnership with the property's management.

LOFT partners with Northrich Elementary, Richardson West Middle School, and is building a relationship with Richardson High School — serving teachers and staff with meals, encouragement, and practical support. Many students in these schools come from homes where Jesus isn't known, and these relationships open natural doors for the gospel in young lives.

FTNRO serves more than 2,500 refugees in North Texas through education and family services — including adult ESL classes, an after-school Kids Club, Christ-centered preschool and childcare, airport greetings and settlement support, and a trauma healing ministry. Refugee families have left everything to escape persecution, and LOFT is proud to walk alongside FTNRO in providing both practical support and spiritual hope.

Since 1987, Feed My Starving Children has mobilized volunteers to hand-pack meals for children facing starvation around the world. In a single two-hour shift, a team can pack enough meals to feed 200+ kids — and children as young as five can join in alongside their parents.

Global Missions

God's heart is for all nations. LOFT is committed to seeing the gospel advance globally through strategic partnerships with faithful, innovative, Christ-centered leaders and organizations.

61 Isaiah Ministries serves the Lenca people, an indigenous group in the mountains of western Honduras with deep cultural roots and limited access to the gospel. Since 2018, LOFT has sent a team to Honduras nearly every year, drawn to the ministry's long-term, incarnational approach — pairing gospel proclamation with compassionate care, empowering local leaders, and reaching an unreached people group.

Join the 9:38 Prayer Movement: Set a daily alarm for 9:38 a.m. and pray for Honduras, echoing Jesus' words in Matthew 9:38 — "Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field."

Ethnos Network plants multiethnic, incarnational churches in urban areas near major universities. Since 2015, they've been building diverse, holistic communities on the conviction that the gospel is for all peoples, new churches reach the unreached, and churches should collaborate rather than compete — values that align closely with LOFT's own DNA.

Stadia equips church planters with coaching, training, and strategic resources to help new churches grow in health and sustainability well beyond launch. LOFT has hosted Stadia planter retreats at our facility — bringing cohorts together for planning, spiritual formation, and community.

Church Planting: National & Global

Planting new churches is one of the most strategic ways to reach people with the gospel — it's core to LOFT's DNA and shapes how we invest our people and resources.

New churches reach people established churches often can't. They're built from the ground up for their specific context — agile, culturally fluent, and deeply rooted in their neighborhood. They also raise up the next generation of leaders, giving young planters and pastors room to grow.

You'll find the latest here from our pastor and other leaders in church. We're always writing so check back here for the latest updates.

Planting Churches Across Dallas County

LOFT believes the gospel moves forward when new churches are born. Through Plant Dallas, a network Pastor Sam leads as Executive Director, we help plant churches across Dallas County through monthly gatherings and ongoing training for planters. Sam also serves as Director of Startup Coaching with Stadia Church Planting, coaching planters nationwide so that more people can encounter and person and work of Jesus.
